Creative Summit - $6,000

Before we hit record or reset, we decide what’s worth saying.

A Creative Summit is a two-day, facilitated working session designed to help you clarify, shape, and commit to a podcast that actually matters—whether you’re creating something new or rethinking what already exists.

This is not a branding exercise or a marketing brainstorm. It’s a structured process for answering the hardest questions at the center of a show:

  • Why should this podcast exist, or continue to exist in its current form?

  • Who is it truly for?

  • What promise does it make to listeners?

  • What form best serves that promise?

  • How do you make that podcast?

Over two focused days, we move deliberately from vision to execution—helping you dream honestly on Day One and make grounded, durable decisions on Day Two, whether that means launching, refining, or resetting a show.

How The Summit Works

The Creative Summit takes place over two days (five hours per day, plus a lunch break), either in person or remotely.

Day One is about meaning.
We suspend constraints and focus on why this show exists or needs to change—naming the deeper tension it responds to, the audience it serves, and the promise it makes.

Day Two is about commitment.
We bring the vision back to earth and decide what you’re actually building or reshaping: the format, editorial structure, operational reality, and next steps.

This process is highly collaborative, but not open-ended. Our role is to guide the conversation, ask the hard questions, and help you make clear, confident decisions.

What You’ll Walk Away With

By the end of the summit, you’ll leave with clarity—not just ideas.

Specifically, you’ll have:

  • A clear articulation of why your show exists
The deeper tension or need it responds to, and whether that purpose needs to be sharpened, clarified, or re-centered and why it matters now.

  • A sharply defined audience
Not a demographic, but a real listener in a real moment of life.

  • A compelling show promise
What listeners can trust your show to deliver over time.

  • An editorial North Star
Non-negotiables around tone, posture, depth, and what the show refuses to do.

  • A recommended show format and structure
Including episode types, length, cadence, and host role, whether reaffirmed or newly defined.

  • A realistic operational framework
High-level workflow, roles, and production rhythm.

  • Clear next steps
Whether that’s a pilot episode, reset or relaunch plan, a new season arc, or an ongoing production partnership.

You’ll also receive a written Creative Summit Brief that captures these decisions clearly and can be shared with stakeholders, funders, or internal teams.

Creative Summit FAQ

  • Creative Summits are best suited for:

    • Organizations developing a new flagship podcast

    • Founders or consultants building a mission-driven show

    • Teams reshaping an existing podcast that feels unfocused or stalled

This works best when decision-makers are in the room.

  • This works best when decision-makers are in the room—people who will own the podcast and have the authority to make calls about its direction, format, and future.

  • After the summit, we deliver the Creative Summit Brief. Some clients continue into pilot production or ongoing support with us; others take the brief and execute internally. The summit stands on its own either way.

  • Of course! We’re proud of the work we’ve co-created with our clients. Reach out, and we’ll share case studies or links that are most relevant to your organization’s goals.

  • A Creative Summit may not be the right fit if:

    • You’re primarily looking for marketing tactics or growth hacks

    • Key decision-makers aren’t available to participate

    • You want surface-level tweaks without examining deeper questions

    • You’re not open to changing direction if the work points there

    • You’re hoping to skip reflection and move straight to execution

The summit is designed for teams who are willing to examine what’s working, what isn’t, and what needs to change—before investing further time or resources.
